suffering personal ill health myself and having no luck with conventional treatment options I went down the road of seeking
an alternative. This path led me to the complementary treatment of Acupuncture and I have never looked back. When my health
started to improve, I found that other aspects of my life did too. After experiencing this beautiful and complex system of
medicine first hand I started to wonder whether I may be able to help others as I had been helped.
Three years later, after a lot of hard work and a lot of acupuncture treatment
to support me through the process of doing a degree I am able to do just that; help people. This is not just a job for me
but rather a way of life and I can honestly say that I love what I do and have the utmost respect and dedication for this
system of medicine. I am at the very beginning of my journey and look forward to touching people’s lives with the treatment
I can offer. I live in the Cotswolds with my partner and two dogs. We all enjoy long walks in the country and I feel that
I am very in touch with nature which makes this style of acupuncture all the more interesting and real for me.
I am a fully qualified acupuncturist and I have BA Hons degree and full licence
to practice acupuncture. I studied for three years at one of the UKs leading colleges of Traditional Five Element Acupuncture
in Warwickshire. I have full professional, indemnity and public liability insurance
and abide by the British Acupuncture Council's codes of professional conduct.
The first 6 months of my third year at college involved treating
patients with supervision and I had some great results. The last 6 months of the third year and to date, I have been treating
patients in my own clinic room with equally great results which is based at Limes Hair Company in Cirencester. I have now
been based here for the last ten years.
